En este artículo se analiza la brecha económica y digital entre los países que bordean el mar Mediterráneo, ya que, además de estas relaciones tradicionales, existen recientes acuerdos de asociación euromediterránea entre la Unión Europea y los países del norte de África y Oriente Medio, cuyo objetivo, entre otros, es la colaboración científica, técnica y tecnológica.

This study wants to analyze the economic and digital divide between the countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea, since, in addition to these traditional relations, there are recent Euro-Mediterranean association agreements between the European Union and the countries of North Africa and the Middle East, whose objective, among others, is scientific, technical and technological collaboration.
